Delete your account

For OneThingDev on iPhone and Android, published by SideQuest Labs.

In the app

Open the Account tab and tap Delete account. Your account and its data are deleted straight away, and Apple or Google sign-in is disconnected from the app.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in iPhone Settings (your name, then Subscriptions).

Without the app

Email support@onethingdev.app from the email you signed in with, if any. We delete your account and its data within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account ID and sign-in link
Your learning profile, the concepts planned and read, your answers and reflections
Saved concepts, streak and progress
Your subscription status and reminder settings, including the device push token

What is kept

Counts that carry no account ID and no text, such as how many learners answered a question correctly
Server logs that name your account ID, until they expire after 30 days
Purchase records held by Google or Apple under their own policies
